The Man Who Can't Be Moved

Honestly, starting this is a bit confusing, because I know I may already bore you with such things. All those times went too fast. It’s more than a year now. But now and then, even the clock doesn’t seem to run; and that’s when I miss your presence in this lonely world of mine.

I have no more idea to make you understand, while I am quite certain that seeing me, even remembering me makes you sick.

People make mistakes. Some are stuck in a mistake that they may not realize.  I guess I am captivated by your shadow without even realizing it before.. I have to admit (embarrassingly, I can say) that I’m still waiting for you, thinking of you, missing you, loving you, even hating you all at the same time.

Even only to understand every detail of my feeling toward you, I have no idea how; then how am I supposed to guess one, or thousand reasons why you left out of my life? Exactly, I am still asking myself the unanswered question.

Oh, and I used to listen to the chorus of The Script’s song: The Man Who Can’t Be Moved.

If one day you wake up and find that your missing me

And your heart starts to wonder where on this earth I could be

Thinkin maybe you'll come back here to the place that we'd meet

And you'll see me waiting for you on the corner of the street

That’s how I am right now, though the context is a little different. I am waiting for you… although sometimes I realize that I’m waiting for something that will never return, not even look back at me.  But I must say, that being yours (even only for really short time) is a joy for me; which you may think as a mistake. Thank you for ever letting me call you “11 JANUARIKU”.

Happy birthday you. I wish you wiser, all your dreams and wishes granted, make those people around proud of you. Hopefully you’re always happy, no matter what you do.

I hope when we meet someday, it’ll be like nothing ever happened between us. But I am sure it will only be an endless wish.
